IIETA Completes Acquisition of Four Leading Journals from WIT Press
IIETA (International Information and Engineering Technology Association) is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of four highly esteemed journals from WIT Press (www.witpress.com). The journals, which will be published by IIETA from 2023 onwards, are the International Journal of Transport Development and Integration, International Journal of Computational Methods and Experimental Measurements, International Journal of Energy Production and Management, and International Journal of Environmental Impacts. The journals will retain their original names and ISSNs.
This acquisition is part of IIETA’s ongoing efforts to expand its portfolio of high-quality academic publications and provide researchers and scholars with access to valuable research in various fields. With the addition of these four journals, IIETA is now able to offer an even broader range of topics and disciplines to the academic community.
"We are thrilled to add these four prestigious journals to our portfolio," said Jeffery Smith, GM of IIETA. "Our goal is to provide the academic community with access to the highest quality research in various fields, and these journals are a perfect fit for our mission. We are committed to maintaining the high standards of excellence that these journals have established, and we look forward to working closely with our authors, reviewers, and editors to continue delivering valuable research to the academic community."
The International Journal of Transport Development and Integration covers all aspects of transport development, planning, and integration; The International Journal of Computational Methods and Experimental Measurements focuses on the latest methods and techniques in computational modeling and experimental measurements; The International Journal of Energy Production and Management covers all aspects of energy research, development, recovery, power generation, storage, distribution, planning, and management; The International Journal of Environmental Impacts focuses on environmental impacts and sustainability in various fields.
The acquisition of these four journals will allow IIETA to further expand its presence in these critical areas and better serve the academic community. The new journals will be available both in print and online, and IIETA’s online submission system will be used for submissions.
"We are confident that the acquisition of these four esteemed journals will enhance IIETA’s position as a leading publisher of high-quality scholarly publications," said GM Jeffery Smith. "We are excited to work with the authors, reviewers, and editors of these journals to continue advancing research in these important areas."
